About these terms
These terms govern use of gvbwebstudio.com. They do not replace the written project scope, invoice terms, or service agreement provided before paid work begins. If project documents conflict with these website terms, the project documents control for that project.
The $249 website package
The advertised $249 price applies to the website agreed on in writing before work begins. A domain is not included in that price. Paid services from other companies can have their own fees. The website, timing, feedback steps, domain cost, third-party fees, currency, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before invoicing.
No automatic acceptance or payment
Sending a project inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, guarantee acceptance, or authorize a charge. GVB Web Studio reviews the inquiry and may accept, decline, or propose a different scope. Payment is requested separately through a written invoice or hosted payment page.
Ownership and third-party materials
The base package includes a handoff of the final website files described in the project scope. A client-owned domain is registered or managed for the client when included in the project. Third-party fonts, images, software, platforms, plugins, and services remain subject to their own licenses, terms, costs, and account rules. Ownership transfers, licenses, and any portfolio permission are defined in the project documents.

GVB Web Studio aims to keep this website accurate, but information may change. Portfolio links are examples of selected projects; they do not promise a particular result. No search ranking, revenue, traffic, conversion, uptime, or business outcome is guaranteed by this website.
Acceptable use
You may browse this website and contact the studio for legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use its content unlawfully.
