What this website collects
This static version of GVB Web Studio does not use an account system, advertising pixels, or a server-side inquiry database. The project brief prepares an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store the information you enter in that brief.
Information you choose to send
If you email GVB Web Studio, the message can include your name, email address, business name, social media pages, project details, and anything else you choose to provide. GVBeCommerce LLC uses that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible project, prepare a scope or invoice, provide services you request, and maintain ordinary business records.
Stripe and payment information
This website does not collect card details. If a project moves forward, payment may be requested through a Stripe-hosted invoice or payment page. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. GVB Web Studio receives transaction and customer information made available to a merchant, but not your full card number.
Hosting and technical records
The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, security events, and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. Those records are controlled under the hosting provider’s terms and retention settings.
Sharing
Email or project information may be shared with service providers that help operate the business or deliver an agreed project, such as email, hosting, domain, invoicing, or payment providers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or complete a business transfer.
Retention and choices
Inquiry and project records may be kept as reasonably useful for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, accounting, dispute prevention, and security. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent, subject to records that must be retained for legal or business purposes.

The selected-work links lead to independent websites. Their owners and service providers control their own content, cookies, and privacy practices.
